Mobile is where the next generation meets Firefox
01 — The problem
Desktop is a mature, defensive surface. Mobile is where growth lives and where a privacy-first browser earns the next generation, yet it had no shared vision and no story the org could rally behind.
02 — The wedge
I framed a mobile vision as a brand platform, not a feature list: a set of principles and habit loops the whole org could sequence against. That gave PM and engineering one bet to fund instead of scattered requests.
03 — The org I built to ship it
I own the mobile vision and XFN sequencing as a leader of leaders, directing the design team and partnering across product and engineering. The habit loops I sequenced grew the mobile surface +14% YoY to 51M MAU.
The positioning
In a world where the internet has become a maze of manipulation, Firefox is for people who want to roam their way without being followed.

What backs the promise
This is the internet the way it should be. The vision holds because the product already gives people two things they can feel.
